Don't Wait for a New President to "Create" Jobs, Get a Job Now - New Book Details How to Land that Job

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) May 29, 2008 -- With unemployment rates skyrocketing and jobs hard to come by, a jobseeker must be ready to seize the opportunity when it presents itself. A new book, Ten Minutes to the Job Interview, offers all the tools needed to convince a potential employer that you are the person for the job.

For the first-timer or the seasoned pro, this newest addition to the 10 Minutes 2 Success series provides the tips and tools needed to stand out from the crowd. With a handy last-minute checklist, a reference guide and a "what to do in the days before" section, every base is covered for securing that job.

Author Rachel Ingegneri, a long-time Human Resource professional, has experienced every possible example of "what to do" and "what not to do" and offers numerous instances in her book. Chapters include Dress (and Groom) for Success, While You Wait, Your Turn, and many more.

About the author:

Ingegneri spent over 36 years on the other side of the desk as a Personnel/Human Resource executive interviewing all types of candidates. Her responsibilities included executive and rank & file recruiting, counseling, employee benefits, workers' compensation, writing and conducting employee training programs as well as a variety of other administrative duties, including but not limited to kitchen duty and hall monitoring.

Ingegneri attended Pima Community College and the University of Arizona and was a certified handwriting analyst. Although now formally retired, she currently consults for a number of Arizona companies. She and her husband reside in Tucson, Arizona.
