All About Performance, LLC and LegalShore Team Up to Provide Online Personnel Testing, Employment Law Compliance Software

Common tests include those for administrative assistants, field sales reps, customer service employees, and managers. These tests measure a host of personality traits, which vary according to a particular position's job duties. The traits include agreeableness, conscientiousness, customer responsiveness, integrity, loyalty, tenure potential, selling confidence, extrinsic motivation, persuasiveness, work drive, leadership qualities, and reasoning ability, as well as skills such as reading, spelling, math, typing, grammar, and filing.
LegalShore, founded in December 2005, offers customized employee handbooks, documents, and related employment law compliance services through Flexpoint, an online SaaS, or "Software-as-a-Service" product.
